Just tried to attach bayonet on combat rifle (+ 1.7 weight or something like that) and the AP cost didn't change. what if I could fire 10 times with a shot gun in vats? :D Damn that would be so nasty! Probably not possitle hehe.
and was wondering about tuning a shotgun like that :P So I just found about these modifications you can perform that will decrease the cost of action points per shot.
